Workspace Intelligence uses advanced Gemini reasoning to share the important information that matters to you. It collects all relevant emails, files, and chats and transforms them into properly formatted drafts. Instead of manually searching the web for information, users can rely on AI to provide the required data, focus on important tasks, and generate outputs.
The New Ask Gemini Simplifying Everyday Tasks
There’s a new command line introduced in Google Chat called Ask Gemini. It acts as a command center for all your everyday work. Users can ask for daily briefings, generate documents, schedule presentations, and more in natural language. The system is also integrated with third-party platforms such as Jira, Asana, and Salesforce, allowing smooth task execution.
How AI Enhances Productivity Across Workspace Apps?
Workspace Intelligence also includes core applications. In Sheets, users can build complex spreadsheets via natural language prompts, whereas in Docs, users can generate data-driven infographics and update content based on feedback.
Slides will soon support one-click creation of a complete presentation that aligns with the company’s templates and branding. AI Inbox and AI Overviews in Gmail search turn important messages into insights.
