The website and network security leader, Cloudflare, has encountered a global outage on 18 November 2025, impacting internet users worldwide. Primarily, the support portal availability of Cloudflare faced issues at 11:17 UTC. Users experienced errors viewing and responding to support cases.
The global Cloudflare network experienced an outage at approximately 11:48 UTC. Over 10,000 outage reports were recorded where error messages appeared across platforms. The outage was identified when X users encountered an error message, indicating problems with Cloudflare.
Experts have suspected a distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack alongside bot-driven disruption. Notably, millions of users and websites across the globe rely on Cloudflare’s network infrastructure. Hence, the incident of Cloudflare outage has directly impacted the global audience.
According to Downdetector, 62% of problems were reported for Cloudflare’s servers, 27% for the website, and 11% for hosting.
What Cloudflare Stated About the Outage?
As soon as the outage was detected, Cloudflare began monitoring the issue and started working on a recovery. While remediating the issue, the company disabled WARP access in London, which prevented users from using WARP for internet access. However, it was re-enabled afterward.
Cloudflare’s latest monitoring status stated, “A fix has been implemented and we believe the incident is now resolved. We are continuing to monitor for errors to ensure all services are back to normal.”
Nevertheless, the firm has asserted that some customers may still encounter issues logging in to or using the Cloudflare dashboard. Additionally, the company has assured continuous monitoring for full recovery.
