Fibr AI Launches Agent Experience Optimization, Turning Brand Websites Into Engines for AI Visibility and Agent Action

NewsTechTrendsFibr AI Launches Agent Experience Optimization, Turning Brand Websites Into Engines for AI Visibility and Agent Action

SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Fibr AI, the Accel-backed experience optimization platform, today launched Agent Experience Optimization (AXO), the solution that turns brands’ own websites into their direct engines for AI visibility and agent readiness. AXO optimizes how brand information is presented to AI to improve how often, how prominently, and how accurately the brand appears in AI-generated answers, recommendations, and product comparisons. For agents acting on a consumer’s instructions, AXO positions the brand’s website to be discovered and chosen, then makes it agent-ready with the functionality needed to complete tasks directly on-site, from submitting an application to making a purchase.

AXO goes beyond detecting AI traffic. It identifies which platform or agent is visiting, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Muse, or GrokBot, and adapts the structure, depth, and presentation of existing brand content specifically for that visitor and its function. Marketers do not need to produce new articles, seed third-party content, or manually rewrite pages.

The launch builds on Fibr’s established Human Experience Optimization (HXO) technology, adding AXO to unite AI visibility, agent readiness, and human experience optimization within Fibr’s Experience Optimization Platform, with the brand’s website powering every experience.

Why the brand website matters more in the agentic web

The first wave of AI visibility echoed early SEO’s emphasis on third-party signals: where brands once pursued backlinks, many began actively seeding brand mentions in Reddit threads, listicles, and review roundups to influence AI-generated answers and recommendations. But ChatGPT’s sourcing patterns are changing.

In August, Promptwatch measured an 86% decline in Reddit’s share of ChatGPT Search citations. Separately, Peec AI research found that listicles’ share of pages retrieved for transactional prompts nearly halved, while daily retrievals of product pages rose 119%, overwhelmingly from brands’ and manufacturers’ own websites.

These findings put brands’ own websites at the center of an opportunity: supplying the facts, specifications, and answers AI seeks directly from the source. But pages built for people to browse are not necessarily structured for AI to retrieve and interpret. And as agents move from finding information to completing tasks, websites need more than readable content. They need the functionality to support those actions. The opportunity is not simply to publish more, but to make the brand’s existing website work for how AI reads, evaluates, and acts.

“Brands need a direct way to influence how AI discovers, describes, and recommends them, rather than relying on whatever it finds online,” said Ankur (AJ) Goyal, co-founder and CEO of Fibr AI. “AXO helps brands appear more often in AI answers, with greater control over the information behind them through their own websites. It also makes those sites agent-ready: easier for AI to choose when they fit a customer’s needs and to take the next step, from completing a form to making a purchase.”

What AXO does

  • Adapts existing brand website content for AI visitors: Recognizes the platform or agent and organizes relevant information for it, without new articles or manual page rewrites.
  • Optimizes for AI visibility: Helps brands appear and be cited more often in AI answers, recommendations and comparisons, using accurate, up-to-date information that reflects their approved messaging and positioning.
  • Builds agent-ready experiences: Supports forms, applications and purchases on consumers’ behalf, on-site or through AI assistants via MCP and apps.
  • Keeps brand information consistent: Uses current, approved facts, messaging and disclosures, with review and factual-consistency checks.
  • Connects human and AI experiences: Works alongside Fibr’s Human Experience Optimization (HXO) to serve people and AI systems through one platform.

One platform, two audiences

Just as different human visitors need different website experiences, different AI platforms and agents need information presented in different ways. For years, Fibr AI has addressed the human side through HXO, delivering real-time, 1:1 website personalization to turn visits into leads, sales, and other conversions. AXO naturally extends that expertise to the website’s growing second audience: AI systems finding information and taking action on consumers’ behalf. It brings AI visibility and agent readiness into the same experience optimization platform, rather than treating them as separate content-production and custom-development projects. Together, HXO and AXO bring human and AI experiences into one platform, connecting discovery, visits and measurable conversions. One brand website, personalized for both audiences and managed through one experience optimization platform.

Early evidence: nearly three times the daily AI citations

Fibr first deployed AXO on its own website, making 102 pages agent-ready across two launches. The company reports that average daily AI citations increased from 41 during the first launch week to 114 during October 1–7, 2026, nearly tripling. Sixty-four of those pages had been cited at least once.
